.: Application Procedure for Graduate School Students
The regulations that follow apply to all students who are enrolled in the Graduate School of the
University of St. La Salle and who, upon admission, agree to abide by these same regulations and
conduct themselves so as to maintain discipline, uphold order in the school, preserve the good
name of the University, and actualize its Mission Statement.
Procedures:
- Secure an application form from the Graduate School Office
- Accomplish and submit the form to the Registrar together with:
- Transcript of Records
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Honorable Dismissal
- Two (2) ID pictures (1"x1")
Registraton:
- Secure enrolment form from the graduate School Office
- Secure an advice slip (for subjects to be taken ) from the Program Director/Coordinator
- Fill up enrolment form based on the advice slip
- Proceed to the Accounting Office for assessment/payment of fees
- Secure Library Card from the Graduate School Library
- Proceed to the College AVR for student ID
- Secure class cards from the Graduate School Office

(Academic Load: The normal load of a parttime graduate student is six (6) to nine (9) units per semester,
and twelve (12) to fifteen (15) units for a fulltime student.)
