NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

This is to inform the public that the University of St. La Salle, Bacolod City is being misrepresented in a website with the web address http://plsgodhelpme.tk/. The said website contains: the name of an alleged student whose identity is NOT in the official records of the University, an image file of a fraudulent USLS transcript of records, diploma and certificate with the falsified signature of the Brother President and a wrongly indentified University Registrar.

Advancement in technology has given us application software and graphic design programs capable of altering images and in this case the image files of the transcript, diploma and certificates of the University. As much as it is impossible to govern and censor the content and information available through the Internet and the World Wide Web, the University of St. La Salle appeals to the public to be wary of false information, hoaxes, scams and other rackets that may involve the use of the name of the University.

Should you find websites which contain information about the University of St. La Salle in a dubious manner please try to validate the information presented or report the site to the University of St. La Salle care of the Center for External Relations at (034) 435-2594. Please counter-check with this office regarding any persons allegedly related to the University asking for assistance.
