The University community joins the march rally organized by the Diocese of Bacolod today, July 27. The rally is a protest to HR 1109 and any call for charter change before the 2010 elections. It is also a call for President Macapagal Arroyo to step down from the presidency after her term in 2010.

The call for participation was personally conveyed by Bishop of the Diocese of Bacolod, Msgr. Vicente Navarra during the mass he presided in the University last July 24.

The members of the Lasallian family will join the contingent at the Capitol lagoon and will march to the public plaza.
