ENTITLEMENTS OF A FULL COMPLIMENT

  • Full use of  venue, lighting and sound equipment.
  • Stand-by generator with 350KVA in case of power failure.
  • 16 Security guards during the show proper.
  • Maintenance personnel in all the restrooms and the lobby of the Coliseum.
  • One day rehearsal not to exceed 12:00 midnight.
  • Use of  four (4) air-conditioned dressing rooms.
  • Use of two (2) wide screens.
  • Use of two (2) follow spots
  • Use of 6 clearcom headsets
  • 1,200 monobloc chairs on the carpeted area.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
  1. A reservation fee of P 10,000.00 (non-refundable) should be paid to assure the date of booking which is to be deducted from the total amount to be paid.
  2. A violation fee of P 10,000.00 will be paid upon reservation and will be refunded after the show in case there is no damage.
  3. The remaining balance must be paid at least one (1) week before the showdate.
  4. Payments in check should be in the name of the USLS Coliseum.  No out-of-town checks.
  5. Physical arrangement of the chairs on the court/carpeted area should be given to the Coliseum at least three (3) days before the show.
An additional of P2,500.00 per hour will be paid if the generator set will be used during the show
HOUSE RULES
  1. SMOKING and chewing gum is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the Coliseum.
  2. No bringing in of FOOD and DRINKS inside the court area, loge, backstage and dressing room areas at all times.
  3. Nailing and posting on the cyclorama wall or in any parts inside the Coliseum is strictly prohibited.  Clearance shall be asked at all times from the Coliseum Administration as to the props to be used during the show.  Strictly no painting and carpentry work inside the Coliseum especially on stage.
  4. Use of panel boards, tables, ticket boxes, platforms and other Coliseum paraphernalias should have to be requested and approved by the Coliseum management.
  5. Putting up of posters, notices, etc. should be approved first by the Coliseum Administrator before final posting.  Posting on the walls and pillars and doors is strictly prohibited.
  6. Any damage of the Coliseum’s facilities and equipment will be charged accordingly.
  7. The Coliseum management should be allowed to inspect the area after set-up against any violation.
  8. The lessee may introduce temporary improvements that are necessary in the performance only after approval of Coliseum management. The lessee should handle the dismantling and removal of improvements after the completion of the program.
  9. The Coliseum management automatically gets 10% of the total sales in case of selling by the producer.
  10. Use of candles or any lighted materials including pyrotechnics are strictly prohibited inside the Coliseum on stage and carpeted area.
  11. NO CONFETTI.
