In line with the University Mission Statement, the BS and BSA programs are designed to equip students with basic knowledge and skills required in the different areas of business as a profession. The student exposure includes a two-year basic general education or Philosophy, English, Mathematics and Natural Sciences as well as Social Sciences and Humanities. The remaining years are devoted to specialization in his chosen major area where offerings are in both foundation and professional courses so arranged to meet the unique needs of the varied settings in the practice of the business and management profession.
There are 2 Degree programs in the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA):
- Bachelor Of Science in Accountancy - an intensive and updated training program in accounting and auditing studies.
- Bachelor of Science in AgriBusiness, Business Economics, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Information Management, Management Accounting and Marketing
These Programs enable the student to:
- acquire a broad knowledge and understanding of the business profession;
- gain basic skills required in the effective practice of the business profession;
- develop Christian values of concern for others as basic to his personal and professional commitment;
- attain adequate theoretical and experience--based knowledge in his chosen area of specialization to make him a responsible and contributing member of society; and
- acquire a life-long desire for constant learning and personal and professional growth.
