ADMISSIONS INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS SY 2008–2009
Requirements
- Application for Admission (Admission form 1: attached)
- Letter of Recommendation (Admission form 2: attached)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate (2 pieces)
- Photocopy of recent Report Card
- Identical (2 x 2) Recent ID pictures (2 pieces)
- Testing fee of P 250.00 (non–refundable)
- For Prep only 2. For Foreign Students / Filipino Students From Abroad
1. Must be 5 years old by July 31, 2008 1. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) / Special Study Permit (SSP) / (ICR)
2. Must have completed his/her kindergarten 2. Filipino Identification Certificate from the Bureau of Immigration
or its equivalent 3. Certificate of English Proficiency
Note: All requirements must be submitted for the issuance of an exam permit.
Test schedule is on a first-come first-served basis.

Prep – February 19, 21, 26, March 13, 20 & April 7, 2008
Grade 1 – January 10, 17, 24, 30, February 5, 12, 14, March 6 & April 3, 2008
Grade 2 – April 2, 2008
Grade 3 – April 1 & May 20, 2008
Grade 4 – April 2 & May 21, 2008
Grade 5 – April 3 & May 22, 2008
Grade 6 – April 3, 2008
Grade 8, 9 & 10 – February 9, 23, March 8 & April 8, 2008
Deadline of submission of accomplished requirements must be a week before the preferred test schedule.
ENROLMENT DATES: Continuing (Old) & New Students – Prep to Grade 11
April 7 – May 16, 2008
Important Reminders
- Applicant must be at the testing site specified in the exam permit on or before 7:45 a.m.
Examination begins at 8:00 a.m. sharp. Please present exam permit.
Latecomer(s) will not be entertained. He/she will be rescheduled to
take the exam on the next testing date.
2. Bring the following on your testing date:
- Prep - Crayons (1 box by 8’s), 2 pcs. #1 pencils, ruler and snacks
- Grade 1 – 2 pcs. #1 pencils, ruler and snacks
- Grade 2 to 9 – 2 pcs. #1 pencils, 2 pcs. ballpens and snacks
Other Information
- Applicants who passed the admission test will undergo interview with the level Discipline and Formation Officer together with the parent(s).
- Qualified applicants must secure the necessary papers from the Guidance Office prior to enrollment.
