ICA sponsors Master Class in Wine

The Institute for Culinary Arts De La Salle is sponsoring a special series of seminars and workshops for hospitality industry professionals as well as food industry practitioners. These will be conducted by key movers and renowned specialist in the world of cuisine.

One of the specialties integrated in our Diploma in Culinary Arts program is wine course especially created for our students. This year, we are pleased to share this special seminar workshop with professionals and enthusiasts in the food and beverage industry.

The Master Class in Wine would be on March 10 & 11, from 9am to 3pm at the USLS - ICA Lecture Hall / Culinary Lab.

The seminar workshop will be conducted by Ms. Cecile Mauricio, a founding member of the International Wine and Food Society. Among her distinctions is her having undergone and passed the Intermediate Wine Certification Course in London. She is currently an editor and publishing consultant and her passion for wine has made her diversify into Marketing and Corporate Communications consultancy, specializing in food and wine.

The Master Class in Wine includes wine styles, food and wine pairing, wine service protocol, and marketing strategies for promoting and selling wine.
