The competition is open to 13-23 year old students enrolled in high schools, colleges, and vocational schools in Negros Occidental.
Any interested participant may submit a maximum of two entries either as individual or as member of a team.
The deadline for submission of entries is on May 31, 2012 while the schedule for presentation of winning entries is tentatively set on June 30,2012.
