ABSTRACT
Giving importance to the psychological well-being of mothers helps them see their worth, which leads them to guide their children on how to live a happy and righteous life. Mothers' psychological well-being can affect their children's well-being. As mothers' lives progress, psychological stressors do not exclude them from experiencing it, which has an impact on their long-term well-being and that of their children. This study aims to determine the significant difference in the participant's level of psychological well-being among mother stakeholders in public elementary schools. Sufficient information was collected to describe the potential outcomes of the significant differences in participants and psychological well-being across the six dimensions of the Ryff Psychological Well-Being Scale among mother stakeholders in public elementary schools. This data was gathered using a quantitative, non-experimental, descriptive research design employing a translated version of Ryff's scale. The six domains of psychological well-being are autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationships with others, and self-acceptance. These six domains did not significantly differ among mother stakeholders, except the purpose in life, which was significant with a chi-square of 7.02, higher than the verbal interpretation. Due to some limitations, other methods aside from surveys are essential to expand assessment strategies. To include in investigations that help provide a view of how the psychological well-being of the mothers in public elementary schools affects their children's psychological well-being both positively and negatively. In such a design, an intervention program is advocated to strengthen and enhance the different domains of Ryff's Psychological well-being among the mother stakeholders.
