ABSTRACT
Technology has been transforming lives numerically and empirically for years. To be at par with the indispensable business systems demands in quality assurances, societal needs, and expectations, businesses need to adapt and allow technological changes dynamically. This developmental research aimed to develop a Stakeholders Management System with Forecasting that is integrated with Cooperative Loan Servicing System, Multi-store E-commerce System and Events Venue and Hostel Management System for Escalante Multipurpose Cooperative (EPSTEMPCO) – Visayas. The system can electronically manage employees and applications, automatically post job vacancies, automate recruitments, attendance recording and monitoring, generate payroll, and provide a messaging platform. The system feature a forecasting method that can predict employee-member ratio, awards, and tenure. Forecasting is limited, too, by the availability of reliable and valid data. The research utilized the Computer System Usability Questionnaire CSUQ to evaluate the usability of the system which includes the usefulness, information quality, interface quality and overall satisfaction. Developmental Type 1 of research was utilized for this study since it is structured into phases such as analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation. Therefore, this type of research fully supports the study and the Software Development Life Cycle – Rapid Application Development was the basis for the development of the system. The participants were identified using purposive sampling from the employees and members of the cooperative. The study was evaluated using the adopted (CSUQ) and the interpretation was based on the CSUQ (Original) Norm. The results of the evaluation of the system got an Overall Satisfaction of “1.61â€, System Quality of “1.59â€, Information Quality of “1.62â€, and Interface Quality of “1.55†which surpassed the CSUQ (Original) Norm. The system was fully functional with all the objectives met and provided a forecasting method. Results of the study suggests that a comparative study of human resource management systems may be conducted as basis for system enhancement and new module development. Further study may be conducted to determine the advantage and impact of incorporating forecasting method on the systems. In addition, development of new modules may be introduced to further enhance the function of the system. Lastly, the results of this study may be used as a benchmark for cooperatives which do not have a similar system for their own implementation.
