About the Journal Design The Journal of Engineering, Food Science, & Computing Technologies’ cover photo depicts few characteristics, and it particularly made me think of the synergy among technical development, information, and engineering. I believe that the application of the food sciences to technology and engineering improves and advances our economic situation. Some of the factors I took into account while examining the connections between these issues include, but are not limited to, the following: processing methods and protocols, safety, quality, preservation, and functionality. I can infer that these advances have proven beneficial for our economy, safety, and way of life. |
