The Journal of Higher Education Research (JHER), published by the University of St. La Salle, is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal committed to making research and scholarly publications freely accessible to readers.

JHER does not charge authors submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), page charges, or mandatory fees for editorial evaluation, peer review, or publication.
