CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could reasonably be perceived to influence the research, its interpretation, or its publication.

If no relevant conflicts of interest exist, authors must include an explicit declaration stating that they have no known conflicts of interest related to the submitted work.

Funding declarations and conflicts-of-interest disclosures are assessed separately. The existence of funding or a disclosed conflict does not automatically disqualify a manuscript from consideration.
