HUMANITARIAN LEADER
Millie L. Kilayko, a proud alumna of the University of St. La Salle, has dedicated her life to fighting hunger and malnutrition in the Philippines. She is one of the founders and is currently the president of Negrense Volunteers for Change (NVC) Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to providing sustainable nutrition and livelihood solutions for underprivileged communities. Through the Mingo Meals Program under NVC's leadership, NVC develops nutritious face comprehensive foods that has reached thousands of children nationwide, addressing malnutrition and promoting healthier futures. Beyond nutrition, she also oversees livelihood programs for artisans and local farmers, believing that meaningful change requires empowering communities to build sustainable lives. NVC also is active in disaster response encompassing short and long-term solutions for vulnerable families. Her work exemplifies the impact one committed individual can make, combining faith, determination and compassionate action to transform the lives of countless Filipino children.
