Career Journey

Claire Therese Lizares Consing is a businesswoman, social entrepreneur, and community advocate from Cadiz City who has dedicated her work to empowering communities and supporting marginalized sectors. Her career reflects a strong commitment to combining entrepreneurship with meaningful social impact. One of her most significant initiatives is the founding of the Consing Village Youth Association, where she serves as mentor and leader. Through this organization, she provides mentorship, educational opportunities, and community programs for underprivileged youth. Her advocacy also focuses on promoting inclusivity and supporting the rights of LGBTQIA and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), helping create safe and empowering spaces within the community. Claire has also represented the University of St. La Salle in international leadership platforms. In 2018, she participated in the Asian Youth Leaders Travel and Learning Camp in Singapore, where she engaged with young leaders from different countries and took part in leadership development and cross-cultural learning initiatives. Her commitment to public service has also led her to governance. After years of community involvement and dedication, Claire was elected as a member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Cadiz City, providing her with a broader platform to advance programs that empower youth, strengthen community development, and promote inclusive policies.
