Step 1: Payment of Enrollment Fee

NOTE: You cannot proceed to Step 2 if a Message Alert will appear on the Registration tab of your AIMS Student Portal. If you have not paid your enrollment fee or if your payment transaction has not been reflected by the Business Office to your account.

Students are highly encouraged to pay their enrollment fee(s) ahead of time, especially for those who will be paying at the alternative payment centers, to avoid delays with reservation of courses.

Step 2: Registration Confirmation

Once the payment for the upon enrollment fee has been successfully processed, the student may log-in to the AIMS Applicant Portal (for Non-Liceo graduates) and AIMS Student Portal (for Liceo Graduates) and proceed with the confirmation of their enrollment(see image below), expressing their intention to be enrolled in the program in which they have been admitted. 

If the payment has not yet been reflected in AIMS, an alert message will appear. In such cases, please contact the Business Office to verify the payment.

Step 2

Review your Student Information before confirming your enrollment.

For the Scholarship Application, please communicate again with the Admissions and Scholarship Administrative Office (ASAO) for more information.

Answer the Learning Modality survey by selecting "Yes" or "No" if you are willing to have face-to-face classes next Academic Year 2025–26, as authorized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Click the tick box if you have read and understood the Registration Confirmation conditions before clicking the "Submit Registration Confirmation" button.

Once registration is confirmed or submitted, the Administrative Assistants of the Office of the University Registrar will process the assigning of your section, advising, and registration of courses.

Freshmen

* Note: Freshmen are not allowed to enlist/register courses.

Transferees

  • Communicate and present your Transcript of Records to your respective Department Chairperson for evaluation and advising of subjects.
  • Once registration is confirmed or submitted, kindly email your applicant number and complete name with TRANSFEREE in the subject line to heu.enrollment@usls.edu.ph.
Students will receive an email notification in their registered email address regarding the status of their enrollment.
For Non-Liceo Graduates, you will also be receiving your official USLS Student ID Number along with log-in credentials for your AIMS Student Portal.

Step 3: Validate

Students may view their enrolled courses and schedules for the semester through the "My Schedule" sub-module of their portals. Students are required to validate their enrollment starting June 4, 2025 by reviewing the subjects and clicking the Validate Registration button through "Manage my Registration", then  submit the  Undertaking Form found in the link: www.aims.usls.edu.ph/lasalle/students/.

Please make sure that you have reviewed your courses and schedules before submitting the Undertaking Form. This is also required in generating your official Registration/Enrollment Forms;

Kindly wait for any communications from your departments for your Freshmen Orientation and for other important reminders through your Student Portal Announcement or registered email address.  

Step 4: ID processing

Kindly accomplish the feedback form bit.ly/42TGWcd first as it is a prerequisite for your ID processing.
