A. PRE-ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Send your application letter to law@usls.edu.ph cc: heu.admission@usls.edu.ph with the subject: "Application for AY 2024-2025: Name of Applicant," and attach scanned copies of the following:
- Official Transcript of Records of your Pre-Law Course;
- Curriculum Vitae/Resume with a scanned photograph.
- You will receive an email confirmation from the College of Law with a link and instructions to take the College of Law Entrance Test via AutoProctor.
- After completing the Entrance Test, you may visit the College of Law Office for an interview with the Dean and to fill out and sign the Application Form, which will be provided to you at the College of Law Office. There is no need to wait for the exam results to do this. To schedule an interview:
- Please contact the College of Law Office at (034) 432-1189 ahead of time to confirm the available interview schedules.
- Bring the Admission Requirements listed in B during the interview for checking by the Dean.
- If you are cleared for admission, the Dean will issue a Confirmation of your Acceptance, after which you may proceed to the Admission & Scholarship Administration Office (ASAO) for admission proper.
- Please note that the Dean's Confirmation of Acceptance and your admission will automatically be deemed void in the event of a failure to submit the complete admission requirements, or due to any fraud, falsity, misrepresentation, or irregularity in your application or admission requirements.
B. ADMISSION PROPER
- Create an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants then click APPLY HERE.
- After verification, a Temporary Student ID Number will be sent to your registered email. This Temporary Student ID Number will be used for the payment of fees through identified payment centers. Payment forms (for on-site payments) are available at the ASAO.
- Pay the Admission Processing Fee of P300 and Entrance Exam Fee of P500 (Non-Refundable) at:
- The USLS Cashier’s Office
- MLhuillier - Please fill up the Name of the student, Student Application Number, and purpose of payment
- SM/Savemore - The account number should be 6030100 and on the Account Name kindly indicate the Student Name
- Upload the receipt of the payment of your Admission Processing Fee to your AIMS account.
- Upload scanned copies of the Admission Requirements listed in B to your AIMS Account.
- After verification of the accuracy of documents by ASAO, your Admission Card will be sent to your registered email. A hard copy of said Admission Card may also be generated by the ASAO.
- After receiving your Admission Card, check the enrolment schedule for incoming College of Law freshmen, and you may then proceed to the College of Law Office for enrollment proper when the enrollment begins.
B. ADMISSION REQUREMENTS
- Two 2x2 ID pictures with a white background, with the full name written on the back of each photo.
- Official Transcript of Records for Further Studies
- Diploma of any four-year undergraduate course issued by a CHED-accredited college or university.
- Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (for Non-USLS graduates).
- PSA or NSO Certificate of Live Birth (to request a new copy, please click the link: https://psahelpline.ph)
- Recommendation Letter or Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by the Dean or Department Head of the previous college or school attended.
- Medical Clearance from the USLS Health Services Center (University Clinic).
C. ENROLLMENT
Enrollment begins June 10 and classes start July 22. Please standby for enrollment steps as this is being finalized by the Office of the University Registrar.
