COLLEGE OF LAW - ADMISSION STEPS AY 2025 - 2026

A. PRE-ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  1. Send your application letter to law@usls.edu.ph cc: heu.admission@usls.edu.ph with the subject: "Application for AY 2025-2026: Name of Applicant," and attach scanned copies of the Admission Requirements listed in C (in pdf, jpg, or png format):
    1. Curriculum Vitae/Resume with a 2x2 photograph.
    2. Copy of your College Transcript of Records (TOR) or Records of Grades (as of the last completed semester) for applicants who are yet to graduate from college this A.Y. 2024-2025.
    3. College Diploma issued by a CHED-accredited college or university (for graduates).
    4. PSA or NSO Birth Certificate.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation from the College of Law with a link and instructions to take the College of Law Entrance Test via AutoProctor.

  3. After completing the Entrance Test, contact the College of Law Office at (034) 432-1189 to schedule an interview appointment. On the day of your interview, bring the hard copies of numbers 1 to 6 of the Admission Requirements listed in C and fill out and sign the Application Form, which will be provided to you. There is no need to wait for the exam results before scheduling your interview, as your entrance exam performance will be discussed during the interview.
  4. If you are cleared for admission, the Dean will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance, after which you may proceed to the Admission Proper. Otherwise, you will be placed on the Waiting List.

  5. Please note that the Dean's Confirmation of Acceptance and your admission will automatically be deemed void in the event of a failure to submit the complete Admission Requirements, or due to any fraud, falsity, misrepresentation, or irregularity in your application or admission requirements.

 

B. ADMISSION PROPER
 

  1. For USLS graduates, log in to your existing AIMS account to process your continuing education on the Student Portal.

  2. For non-USLS graduates, create an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants then click APPLY HERE. After verification, a Temporary Student ID Number will be sent to your registered email. This Temporary Student ID Number will be used for the payment of fees through THE designated payment centers. Payment forms (for on-site payments) are available at the Guidance and Evaluation Center (GEC).

  3. Pay the Admission Processing Fee of P300 and Entrance Exam Fee of P500 (both non-refundable) at the USLS Business Office or MLhuillier (Fill up the Name of the student, Temporary Student ID No., and purpose of payment).

  4. Upload the receipts of your Admission Processing & Entrance Exam Fee to your AIMS account.

  5. Upload scanned copies of the Admission Requirements listed in C to your AIMS Account.

  6. After verification of the accuracy of documents, your Admission Card will be sent to your registered email. A hard copy of said Admission Card may also be requested at the ASAO. After receiving your Admission Card, you may then proceed to the College of Law Office for the Assessment of Tuition and other Fees.

  7. For the enrollment proper, please visit the College of Law Office for the processing of your Advice Slip for the subjects you can enroll in, final assessment of tuition and other fees, and the submission of the hard copies of the Admission Requirements in C. For any requirement that is not immediately available, please complete the Undertaking Form & upload it to AIMS account.

 

C. ADMISSION REQUREMENTS

  1. Curriculum Vitae/Resume with a 2x2 photograph.
  2. Two 2x2 ID pictures with a white background, with the full name written on the back of each photo.
  3. Original copy of your College Transcript of Records (TOR) with the notation “For Further Studies”.
  4. Photocopy of your College Diploma issued by a CHED-accredited college or university.
  5. Photocopy of your PSA or NSO Birth Certificate.
  6. Original copy of Recommendation Letter issued by the Dean or Department Head of the previous college or school attended.
  7. Original copy of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (for Non-USLS graduates).
  8. Original copy of Medical Clearance from the USLS Health Services Center (University Clinic).
  9. Signed Undertaking Form (for those with lacking documents)
