A. PRE-ADMISSION PROCEDURE
- Send your application letter to law@usls.edu.ph cc: heu.admission@usls.edu.ph with the subject: "Application for AY 2026-27: Name of Applicant," and attach scanned copies of the Admission Requirements listed in C (in pdf, jpg, or png format):
- Curriculum Vitae/Resume with a 2x2 photograph.
- Copy of your College Transcript of Records (TOR).
- College Diploma issued by a CHED-accredited college or university (for graduates).
- PSA or NSO Birth Certificate. (to request a new copy, please click the link: https://psahelpline.ph
- After submission of the pre-admission requirements, secure a payment form from the College of Law Office and pay the Entrance Examination Fee of P500 at the USLS Business Office.
- Submit the payment receipt to the College of Law Office and secure your schedule for the face-to-face entrance examination and admission interview.
- Take the face-to-face entrance examination on your scheduled date.
- On the day of your interview, bring the hard copies of the Admission Requirements listed in Section C and fill out and sign the Application Form provided by the office. Your entrance examination performance will be discussed during the interview.
- If accepted into the program, the Dean will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance. The Dean may also post the names of accepted applicants on the USLS College of Law Facebook page.
- Once you have passed the entrance examination, pay the Admission Processing Fee of P300 at the USLS Business Office.
- Please note that the Dean’s Confirmation of Acceptance and your admission will automatically be deemed void in the event of failure to submit the complete Admission Requirements, or due to any fraud, falsity, misrepresentation, or irregularity in your application or submitted documents.
B. ADMISSION PROPER
- For USLS graduates, log in to your existing AIMS account to process your continuing education through the Student Portal.
- For non-USLS graduates, create an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants and click APPLY HERE. After verification, a Temporary Student ID Number will be sent to your registered email. This Temporary Student ID Number will be used for the payment of fees through the designated payment centers. Payment forms (for on-site payments) are available at the Guidance and Evaluation Center (GEC).
- Upload the receipt of your Admission Processing Fee to your AIMS account.
- Upload scanned copies of the Admission Requirements listed in Section C to your AIMS account.
- After verification of the submitted documents, your Admission Card will be sent to your registered email. A hard copy of the Admission Card may also be requested at the Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office (ASAO).
- After receiving your Admission Card, proceed to the College of Law Office for the assessment of tuition and other fees.
- For the enrollment proper, visit the College of Law Office for the processing of your Advice Slip for the subjects you can enroll in, the final assessment of tuition and other fees, and the submission of the hard copies of all the Admission Requirements listed in Section C. For any requirement that is not immediately available, complete the Undertaking Form and upload it to your AIMS account.
C. ADMISSION REQUREMENTS
- Two (2) 2x2 ID pictures with a white background, with the full name written on the back of each photo
- Original copy of your College Transcript of Records (TOR) with the notation “For Further Studies”
- Photocopy of your College Diploma issued by a CHED-accredited college or university
- Photocopy of your PSA or NSO Birth Certificate
- Original copy of a Recommendation Letter issued by the Dean or Department Head of the previous college or school attended
- Original copy of Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (for non-USLS graduates)
- Original copy of Medical Clearance from the USLS Health Services Center (University Clinic)
- Signed Undertaking Form (for those with lacking documents)
