A freshman class of about 2,000 students are admitted each year. The Undergraduate Admission section offers information about academic preparation, how to obtain admission materials, and an FAQ.

Admission to the University of St. La Salle is a privilege. The University therefore reserves the right to refuse admission to applicants or to require withdrawal of students when it deems their presence among the student body is inimical to the objective of the University or to the observance of the regulations.

Applicants who in the evaluation of the admissions officer, are qualified to profit from the educational program of the college are admitted to the University of St. La Salle. In determining the admission of applicants, consideration shall be given to past scholastic records, present scholastic aptitude, character, recommendations as well as the applicant's acceptance of the Mission Statement and all policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the College.

Welcome Back Lasallians!


If you have taken a break from the University of St. La Salle, not recently enrolled in any school, and now you wish to enroll again, you are on the right track in finishing your degree.

Admission Steps

  • Step 1

    Please get your Returnee Clearance at the Student Account Business Office Window 1, 2, or 3.

  • Step 2

    Pay Admission Fee (P300) at the USLS Cashier.

  • Step 3

    Take a clear photo of the Returnee Clearance and Admission Fee Receipt and send to heu.admission@usls.edu.ph

  • Step 4

    Please wait for 3-5 days for processing of returnee clearance and re-activation of ID from the University Registrar.

  • Step 5

    Once ID is re-activated, kindly email your department chair for subject advising. You may ask assistance from your College.

  • Step 6

    Pay for upon enrollment and proceed for enrollment.

  • Step 7

    Kindly email heu.admission@usls.edu.ph for enrollment concerns.

Cross Enrollee Steps

  • Step 1

    Make sure that the subject you wish to cross -enroll is being offered in the designated College.

  • Step 2

    Submit a Permission to Cross Enroll (from your College of University) in hard copy and (1) photocopy.

Audit Program of La Salle Bacolod is offered to those who wish to take refresher in any subjects available in the current semester. This is a non-credit program.

Applicants living or studying outside the Philippines with an Alien Status of 9a or 9f on their foreign passport, as defined by the Bureau of Immigration, are considered International Students.

All international student applicants (both freshmen and transferees) are required to submit a Letter of Intent to the University, either by sending an email to the Admission and Scholarship Administration Office (ASAO) at heu.admission@usls.edu.ph or through a written correspondence. Once the Letter of Intent is received, ASAO will reply with instructions for the initial interview.

After receiving this response, the student-applicant may either: (1) request a representative to collect the necessary requirements for College Admission and Visa Application from ASAO, or (2) download the necessary forms from the email sent by ASAO.

A detailed list of requirements will be sent to the student-applicant's email address for their reference.
