• STEP 1: PRE-ADMISSION

  1. Get a payment slip from the Guidance and Evaluation Center (GEC) and pay at the USLS Cashier. (no payment slip needed if paying at MLhuillier)
  All fees are non-refundable: Nursing Aptitude Test (NAT) – ₱300
  Admission Processing Fee – ₱300
  2. Submit receipts and two 2x2 photo (white background) to GEC for NAT schedule.

  3. Request for AIMS transfer:
     1. Log in to AIMS → “Student” tab → Personal Information.
     2. Select your desired program.
     3. Confirm transfer to HEU. (You may also email heu.admission@usls.edu.ph)

• Step 2: ADMISSION

  Upload documents in AIMS and submit the hardcopies to the College of Nursing Office

  • Grade 12 Report Card (Form 138) - Original Copy
  • Grade 11 Report Card
  • NSO/ PSA Birth Certificate – Photocopy
  • NAT Result & Receipt P300
  • Admission Fee Receipt P300
  • Medical Clearance from USLS clinic (Submit Chest X-ray and Physical Exam Result to USLS Clinic to get Medical Clearance)
  • Signed Undertaking Form
  • Signed Recommendation Form (sealed in a letter envelope) or Guidance Counselor/Adviser may submit it directly thru heu.admission@usls.edu.ph
  • Vaccination Card (1st & 2nd doses)
  • HBsAg result
  • Phil Health Card or MDR

• Step 3: RELEASE OF ADMISSION CARD

  • Once hardcopies of documents are verified, Admission Card will be emailed.

Cross Enrollee Steps

• Step 1

  Make sure that the subject you wish to cross -enroll is being offered in the designated College.

• Step 2

  Submit a Permission to Cross Enroll (from your College of University) in hard copy and (1) photocopy.

• Step 3

  Create AIMS Account thru https://aims.usls.edu.ph. Take note of your Student Application Number (SAN) sent to your registered email.

• Step 4

  Pay Admission Processing Fee (P300).

END OF ADMISSION STEPS

Applicants living or studying outside the Philippines with an Alien Status of 9a or 9f on their foreign passport, as defined by the Bureau of Immigration, are considered International Students.

All international student applicants (both freshmen and transferees) are required to submit a Letter of Intent to the University, either by sending an email to the Admission and Scholarship Administration Office (ASAO) at heu.admission@usls.edu.ph or through a written correspondence. Once the Letter of Intent is received, ASAO will reply with instructions for the initial interview.

After receiving this response, the student-applicant may either: (1) request a representative to collect the necessary requirements for College Admission and Visa Application from ASAO, or (2) download the necessary forms from the email sent by ASAO.

A detailed list of requirements will be sent to the student-applicant's email address for their reference.
