Center for Marketing and Communications 27 Nov, 2025

CHED-AIMS exchange students from the Yu An Log–College of Business and Accountancy (YAL-CBA) proudly represented the Philippines during the Philippine International Day celebration held on October 24 at Keimyung University in South Korea.

The delegation showcased Filipino culture through performances, hands-on activities, and food tasting, giving participants a deeper understanding of the country’s heritage. Students and faculty from Waryong Middle School, along with Keimyung University staff, joined the event which highlighted the Lasallian spirit of global engagement and cross-cultural connection.

During the program, guests took part in Tinig at Galaw, a lively sing-and-dance activity; Sining at Likha, an art workshop where they designed Masskara Festival masks; and Lutong Pinoy, a Filipino food tasting experience featuring local favorites.

USLS’s participation in this international initiative is aligned with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 11, series of 2014, designating the University as one of the institutions representing the Philippines in the International Business Program under the Asian International Mobility for Students (AIMS) framework.
