TOKYO – MANILA JAZZ & ARTS FESTIVAL WORKSHOPS AND CONCERT
Improvisation is a gateway to self-confidence and self-empowerment. Learn how to reveal your inner source of voice and self-expression; how to be free and uncover both individual expression and personal resonance.
If you are looking to improve your jazz skills and looking to meet and play with other musicians, the Tokyo- Manila Jazz & Arts Festival Workshop on January 24, 2018 will provide a stimulating and focused environment where students will be able to get personal training tips from professional musicians.
Because this workshop is entirely free, limited slots will be made available and pre- registration is highly recommended. For those interested in participating in the Bacolod leg of the event, keep in mind that your participation is subject for approval by the University of St. La Salle.
Aside from the workshop, the jazz quintet will also be holding a free concert the day after, on January 25, 2018 at the Lanai area of the University of St. La Salle’s Balay Kalinungan. For those who wish to attend, registration is highly recommended. Furthermore, walk-ins will also be welcome but seats will be available via a first-come, first-served basis.
