USLS - College of Education recognized by PRC as LET top performing school

The University of St. La Salle received recognition from the Professional Regulation Commission - Region VI as a top-performing school in the September 2023 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers, acknowledged during the Mass Oath-taking ceremony held at the Iloilo Convention Center on January 7.

This acknowledgment follows as the University landed an impressive achievement of securing the 7th top-performing school nationwide in the LET-Secondary level, producing a total of 85 passers.

The University demonstrated exemplary results, boasting a passing rate of 92.39 percent.

On the same day, over 4,000 successful examinees took their oath.

Distinguished personalities present at the event included Romel B. Balisang, the Director of PRC Region VI, Dr. Paz I. Lucido, Vice-Chairperson of the Board for Professional Teachers, Dr. Paraluman R. Giron, Member of the Board for Professional Teachers, and Dr. Filomena Dayagbil, Vice-President for Visayas of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE).

Among the university administrators attending the ceremony were Dr. Ricver Ureta, Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, and Dr. Ma. Carlvina Cruz, Dean of the College of Education.
