USLS Exceeds Nat’l Avg. in Electronics Eng’g, Technician Board Exams

The University’s College of Engineering produced nine new Electronics Engineers and eight new Electronics Technicians who passed the October 2025 Electronics Engineering Licensure Examination (ECELE) and Electronics Technician Licensure Examination (ECTLE), according to results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

In the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination, all USLS takers passed the exam. The national passing rate was 65.22 percent.

Meanwhile, in the Electronics Engineering Board Exam, the University recorded an 87.50 percent passing rate for first-time takers and an overall passing rate of 64.29 percent, both surpassing the national average of 44.85 percent.

The newly licensed Electronics Engineers are Joshua Benjamin Billano, Remar Dalisay, Jay Pee Divinagracia, Lennel John Estrella, Hazel Louise Navor, Jhune Jewel Sondia, Kyn Pasculado, Jan Ireneo Tan, and Jay Cyril Villalon.

Our newly licensed Electronics Technicians are Remar Dalisay, Jay Pee Divinagracia, Lennel John Estrella, Jhune Jewel Sondia, Kyn Pasculado, Jan Ireneo Tan, Jay Cyril Villalon, and Romeo Villarosa III.

The University commends the College of Engineering for another outstanding achievement.
