USLS Programs Get 5-Year PAASCU Reaccreditation Anew

The University of St. La Salle has achieved another milestone by securing a five-year reaccreditation from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) for programs under its College of Arts and Sciences, College of Education, and Yu-An Log College of Business and Accountancy.

This achievement was confirmed by the PAASCU Board of Trustees via a letter addressed to USLS President Br. Joaquin Severino Martinez FSC, dated September 5, confirming that the accreditation status is valid until August 2029.

The programs that received Level IV reaccreditation status, the highest reaccreditation status, include the Arts and Sciences programs, Elementary and Secondary Education programs, and Business and Accountancy programs.

The Tourism Management program also passed the preliminary visit and is now qualified for a Formal Survey.

Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Annabelle Balor congratulated all Higher Education Unit and Institutional officers for their efforts, which contributed to the reaccreditation status.

With the University gaining this status anew, it remains committed to providing accessible, quality Christian education for all and will continue its strong dedication to the Lasallian mission of teaching minds, touching hearts, and transforming lives.
