The University of St. La Salle was honored with 10 awards by the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XVIII-NIR during the 1st Regional Quality Awards at the Luce Auditorium, Siliman University, Dumaguete on May 30, 2025.
Among the recognized Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in the region, USLS emerged as a leading institution for its commitment to excellence across core areas of higher education.
In recognition of its academic distinction and institutional standing, USLS was conferred the World Rankings Award under the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA)
and granted Autonomous/Deregulated Status.
Moreover, the University received the Award for Excellence in Community Extension,
Award for Excellence in Research,
and another Award for Excellence in Internationalization Initiatives, reflecting its highlighting its commitment to to societal impact through community engagement.
Furthermore, the University was also recognized for its student-centered programs, receiving the Award for Excellence in Student Affairs and Services
and the Award for Excellence in the National Service Training Program (NSTP).
Additionally, the Philippine Anti-Illegal Drugs Innovative Award for Higher Education was also given to the University,
along with the Model Implementer Award for the SIKAP Scholarship Program,
and Model Implementer Award for Registrar's Records
USLS is honored for the recognition by CHEDRO XVIII-NIR, reaffirming its commitment to quality education.
