USLS triumphs in CpE Challenge 2024
USLS Computer Engineering students from the University emerged victorious at the ICpEP.se Regional CpE Challenge organized by the Institute of Computer Engineers of the Philippines Student Edition (ICpEP.se) Region 6 last March 16 and 23.
The event, held at USLS and Carlos Hilado Memorial State University - Alijis, featured various competitions, including Programming, Breadboarding, Robothon, and Mobile Legends Competition.
Floyd D'Vinci Guevarra secured the title of Champion in Python Programming, while Team Animotronics Sting, consisting of Andrei Alexis Argel, Meg Gomez, and Daniel Jess Reynoso, also claimed the championship in the Robothon competition.
Guevarra was coached by Jeffrey Fuentes, while Team Animotronics Sting was coached by Ernesto Ybañez Jr. In the C++ Programming category, Christian Jed Gonzales won second runner-up and was coached by Michael Angelo Salvio.
In the Mobile Legends category, USLS also finished as the third runner-up.
