Project PAL aims at “encouraging learners to identify a specific spot in their household and transform it into a mentally-stimulating space for studying.”
The 300 tables from the old IS HS Building University of St. La Salle - Basic Education will be distributed to “depressed, deprived and underserved learners” in Bacolod City.
