LICEAN SCHOLARSHIP

1. Over- all Rank 1 of the Junior High completers from USLS Identified Top 20 Feeder Schools
2. Grade 10 General Average of 88% or above

BR. MIGUEL SCHOLARSHIP

1. Over-all Rank 1 of Public Non-Feeder Schools
2. Over-all Rank 2-3 of the Junior High completers from Public Schools Only  
3. Grade 10 General Average of 88% or above

ST. BR. JOSEPH SCHOLARSHIP GRANT

1. Belongs to the Top 15 of St. Joseph School La Salle completers. Top 10 from Day School and Top 5 from the High School program.
2. Grade 10 General Average of 88% or above.

Scholarship Requirements for Submission:

1. Online Scholarship Application Form with Scholarship Privacy Notice.

2. Original Certificate of Ranking from the School Registrar or Principal.
3. Certified Tru Copy of Grade 10 Report Card (disqualified if no CTC stamp)
4. Good Moral Certificate
5. Proof of Parents Income: BIR 2316, if EMPLOYED; Employment Contract, if OFW;
   BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption, if UNEMPLOYED; BIR Form 1701, if SELF-
   EMPLOYED; Senior Citizen Card, if RETIREES/ PENSIONER.

NOTE: St. Br. Miguel Scholarship Applicants shall undergo interview with the Scholarship Committee.
 

D. BR. BENILDE SCHOLARSHIP

Open to all JHS Completers who may be considered as financially-challenged students.

Requirements: 

1. Online Scholarship Application Form with Scholarship Application Privacy Notice.

2. Proof of Income of Parents - Joint ITR  or BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption
3. Electricity, Water and Phone Bills - 3 months latest and consecutive billing statement for each.
4. Video of home or Home Visitation

GENERAL REMINDERS

1. Please submit your application in a long white folder, pencil-marked with your last name, first name and middle initial. ex: De la Cruz, Juan T.
2. Please submit the hard copies of your scholarship application attachments on or before April 30, 2026 at the Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office (ASAO).  
   1. Copy of your Report Card
   2. Certificate of Ranking
   3. Proof of Income of your parents (Complete and clear copy).
   4. Billing /statements (for Br. Benilde Applicants only)
