The University hosted a benchmarking visit for delegates from La Salle University (LSU) – Ozamiz, fostering a collaborative exchange on best practices in research and academic program management.
University administrators, College Deans, and Heads from the Center for Research and Engagement shared insights on strategies related to research and community engagement, internship coordination, ethics review processes, and the implementation of competency-based learning frameworks.
Leading the LSU-Ozamiz delegation was Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Emma O. Suana, accompanied by School of Graduate Studies Dean Dr. Catalina Maghamil, Institutional Research and Publication Director Dr. Carousel Tagaylo, and Research Ethics Committee Chair Mr. John Mark Saldivar.
The activity served as a platform for meaningful knowledge exchange between the two institutions.
