CENTER FOR LIFESKILLS is a registeredtraining center of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) through the Unified TVET Program Registration Accreditation System (UTPRAS) following the modules under the Competency Standard defined in the Training Regulation (TR) of TESDA. The center provides opportunities to Out of School Youth (OSY), unemployed, and underemployed to avail scholarship for continuous education and lifelong learning through vocational and technical skills training to enable them to find gainful employment here and abroad.

TESDA REGISTERED PROGRAMS
COOKERY NC II: 316 Training Hours (40 Days)
This Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to clean kitchen areas, prepare hot & cold meals, and desserts for guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES: 356 Training Hours (45 Days)
This qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.
Entry Requirements:
- Form 138 for Recent High School Graduates
- Transcript of Records for Professionals
- Evaluation Transcript for College Level Students
- 7 pcs passport size picture (TESDA specified)
- 5 pcs 1x1 picture
- NSO authenticated Certificate of live birth
- NSO authenticated Marriage contract (married females)
- Medical Certificate/Fit to attend training
- Fill up the Personal Data Form
- Undergo the admissions interview
