GRADUATE SCHOOL - ADMISSION STEPS AY 2025 - 2026:

STEP 1: SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Student emails the following application requirements to: gsm.admission@usls.edu.ph

  • Application Letter*
  • Scanned Copies of their Official Transcript of Records of their Undergraduate Course*
  • Curriculum Vitae/ Resume with 2x2 Picture*
  • Recommendation Letter (available in hard copy from the Graduate School Office or may be downloaded from the USLS Website/ Official College Facebook account.)
     

Note: For fresh graduates or applicants with no work experience in their field only Recommendation Letter may be submitted in hardcopy enclosed in a sealed long white envelope to the Graduate School Office

 

STEP 2: CREATION OF AIMS ACCOUNT & PAYMENT OF FEES

Student creates an AIMS account through: https://aims.usls.edu.ph/aims/applicants and clicking the APPLY HERE button (red button).  

Student gets payment form from the Guidance Office and pays the Admission Processing Fee & Entrance/Aptitude Exam Fee at the Business Office or through identified payment centers:

  • Entrance/Aptitude Exam: P400 (Graduate School)
  • Admission Processing Fee: P300 

 

STEP 3: ENTRANCE/APTITUDE EXAMINATION FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS: 

FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS:

Student registers and uploads the receipt of their Admission Processing and Entrance/Aptitude  Exam Fee payment through this link: https://bit.ly/4ixaVgs 

GEC sends them the link to the Entrance/Aptitude Exam which should be completed within five (5) days of receipt.
 

FOR ON-SITE PAYMENTS:

Student presents the payment form and receipt to the Guidance Office and accomplishes a registration form containing their contact details and email address where the Exam link will be sent. 

SCHEDULE OF TESTING & RELEASING OF RESULTS: 

Cut-off of payment/ uploading of receipt & registration

Sending of Links:

Monday to Wednesday (12NN)

Wednesday afternoon

Wednesday (PM) to Friday (12NN)

Friday Afternoon

Releasing of Results (emailed to their respective college

Three working days after completion of exam


*Note: Student may proceed to the succeeding Admission Steps upon completion of the Entrance/Aptitude Exam. 

*TAKE NOTE: Entrance Exam Results will be emailed directly to the Graduate School. Please wait for the confirmation of the schedule for the interview.

 

STEP 4: INTERVIEW WITH THE GRADUATE SCHOOL ADMISSION COMMITTEE

Student proceeds for their interview with the Dean and or Associate Dean together with the Admission Committee.
 

STEP 5: CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE 

Once a student is cleared for admission, the Dean will issue a Confirmation of Acceptance and the student may proceed with the Admission Proper. 
 

STEP 6: UPLOADING OF ADMISSION DOCUMENTS 

Student uploads the following Admission Requirements to their AIMS Account:

  • Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
  • College Diploma
  • NSO or PSA Birth Certificate (to request a new copy, please click the link: https://psahelpline.ph)
  • Admission Fee Receipt (P 300) 
  • Entrance Exam Receipt (P 400) 
  • Signed Undertaking Form
  • Copy of Entrance/Aptitude Exam Test Results (emailed directly to their respective college) 
  • Medical Clearance from the University Clinic – submit the copy of the following to the clinic for clearance
    • Signed Physical Examination Form (to be accomplished outside USLS) - get downloadable form
    • Chest X-Ray Result (valid within 6 months prior to Admission Application)
       

Additional Authenticated Requirements of Students Coming from Abroad:

  • Grade Interpretation or Equivalence
  • Course Syllabus or Subject Description
  • Recommendation Form in Narratives
  • Foreign Passport and/or Philippine Passport 
  • Medical Insurance
     

Step 7: RELEASE OF ADMISSION CARD

After verification of accuracy of documents by ASAO, the Admission Card will be released to the student through email. A hard copy of which may also be generated from the Admissions and Scholarships Administration Office. 

Reminder: Submit all requirements in hardcopies to the Graduate School Office.
