The Campus Development Office (CDO), led by Engr. Ronaldo "Jerry" Uy, plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the University, ensuring that the campus remains a safe, functional, and supportive environment for both students and faculty. With responsibilities spanning construction, building repairs, transportation, and beyond, the CDO's work is integral to the overall functioning of the University.

Their reach extends outside the campus as well, including the Granada Eco-Park and Bahay Pagasa, reflecting the broad scope of their responsibilities. Managing a variety of services, the CDO oversees six departments that are critical to the University’s operations. These include mechanical, electrical, janitorial services, and the management of generators, elevators, and major event setups. Whether responding to emergency repairs or planning large-scale projects, the CDO ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing the academic and administrative operations to thrive without interruption.

Every Christmas season, the CDO takes charge of designing and setting up Handumanan Park, from the scattered gifts, eye-catching lights, and large props, to create a festive and joyful atmosphere for Lasallians to experience.

Besides Engr. Uy, the CDO is supervised by: Ms. Loida Ferraris for Janitorial & Transportation, Alan Malayang for Pollution Control and Safety, Engr. Helen Aghon for Electrical & Technical, Engr. Roland Christopher Limsiaco for Mechanical and HVAC, Rey Gomed for the Central Supply Office, and Michael John Paderog for Civil Works, Repairs, and Maintenance.

The CDO’s work is rooted in the University's mission to provide a conducive learning environment for all. Their commitment ensures that students and faculty can focus on their academic and professional pursuits, knowing that the campus will be safe, functional, and well-maintained. Their service-oriented approach emphasizes reliability, professionalism, and a deep sense of responsibility toward the Lasallian community.

Though they face numerous challenges, such as managing large-scale projects and addressing urgent repair needs, the CDO handles each task with professionalism and dedication. Their ability to maintain such a wide range of services while ensuring that everything remains operational is a testament to their hard work and commitment to the University’s success.

Ultimately, the Campus Development Office is the foundation on which the University’s infrastructure stands. Their efforts ensure that the campus remains safe, functional, and ready for the daily activities that make up University life. Through their work, the CDO helps uphold the core values of service, community, and excellence that define the University. Their dedication makes sure that students and faculty can continue their work without the distraction of infrastructure-related issues, creating an environment where academic success and personal growth can flourish.
