Center for Marketing and Communications 20 May, 2026

The University of St. La Salle - College of Law has, for the second consecutive year, advanced to the Oral Rounds of the 2026 Nuremberg Moot Court Competition, to be held in Nuremberg, Germany, from July 22 to 25.

Representing USLS are second-year Juris Doctor students Jamie Lene A. Jenkins, Vanessa Arian V. Magallanes, and Alleya G. Murillo, under the coaching of Atty. Ralph A. Sarmiento.

Selected as one of only 40 teams worldwide and one of two representatives from the Philippines, the USLS team is also among just 14 qualifying teams from Asia.

The achievement was made possible through the invaluable support of College of Law Dean Rhodora P. Lo and Associate Dean June Steve G. Barredo.

Hosted annually by the International Nuremberg Principles Academy and the International Criminal Law Research Unit of Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg, the Nuremberg Moot Court brings together law schools from around the world to compete in simulated proceedings on international criminal law.
