In Taekwondo, the USLS Stingers powered through the mats with a 1–5–4 medal finish.

The team was guided by Coach Tony Defensor.
In the Athletics - Women’s Division, Derin Faith Arreglo secured silver in the 3K Walk and added a bronze in the 4x200M Relay alongside Franzine Alamo, Jana Baylon, and Rachel Jane Martisano. Baylon also captured another bronze in the 800M Run, rounding out the Athletics team’s contributions to the University’s medal tally.
The Stingers also posted close podium finishes in badminton and beach volleyball.
While Taekwondo and Athletics continue to anchor the University’s medal standings, the overall performance highlights opportunities to strengthen other disciplines, especially in team events, as the Stingers look ahead to future games.
