Congo-Kinshasa Brother Visitor at USLS for canonical visit

The University of St. La Salle is set to welcome Br. Nsukula Bavingidi Pie FSC, the Brother Visitor of the District of Congo-Kinshasa, for a comprehensive five-day canonical visit starting on February 27 to engage in a series of dialogues with the USLS and St. Joseph School - La Salle community.

During his stay, Brother Pie will focus on delving into the University's academic programs, gaining insights into the opportunities, trends, and challenges within the local education sector.

Additionally, he will actively participate in discussions with students and adult formation personnel, exploring the enhancement of formation programs for both groups and learning about best practices in the field.

The formal welcome ceremony is scheduled for February 28, where Chancellor Minnie Chua together with the Operations Council and Director of the De La Salle Brother’s Community of Bacolod Br. Normandy Dujunco FSC will extend their greetings. A campus tour is also slated for the occasion.

Meanwhile, a courtesy call to the University President Br. Joaquin Severino Martinez FSC is scheduled on February 29.

Brother Pie's itinerary includes visits to notable sites, such as Bahay Pag-Asa Youth Center, the USLS Granada EcoPark, and St. Joseph School - La Salle, further enriching his understanding of the local community and fostering meaningful connections during his visit.
