Gawad Parangal 2021 for the Higher Education Institutions in Western Visayas Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs 25 Nov, 2021 CHED's Gawad Parangal 2021 aims to inspire, nurture and bring out the best in Higher Education Institutions (HEls) in Western Visayas. This event recognizes HEIs who have done exemplary performance and contributions in education by offering quality-assured programs. The efforts of the HEls as being acknowledged in bringing responsive services not only to the academic community in Western Visayas but also to the society, as a whole. The Commission on Higher Education Regional Office VI commends these institutions for doing extraordinary things in extraordinary settings during extraordinary times.
