HEU announces academic sched for AY 2023-2024
The Higher Education Unit (HEU) of the University of St. La Salle has officially released the academic schedule for the Academic Year 2023-2024. The eagerly-awaited schedule, announced by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA), includes key dates for the 1st and 2nd semesters, as well as the Summer 2024.
Covering all major academic units, the released schedule comprises the Undergraduate Colleges, Graduate School, College of Law, and College of Medicine. Students can now plan their academic year with certainty, as the schedule provides clear timelines for classes, examinations, and other important events.
Furthermore, the OVCAA has declared Friday as a Free Day, promoting a healthy school-life balance for students.
This means that no scheduled synchronous or asynchronous teaching and learning activities will be conducted on Fridays, allowing students to utilize this day for extracurricular activities, self-study, or personal time. However, the College of Nursing and the Professional Schools such as the College of Law, College of Medicine, and the Graduate School will continue with their Friday classes.
