USLS Artists' Hub to run CreateX playshops June 26-July 8
The University of St. La Salle (USLS) Artists' Hub is thrilled to announce the upcoming CreateX: PLAYSHOP, an engaging and enriching workshop designed to ignite the creative spark in children. Running from June 26 to July 8, 2023, this event aims to provide a platform for young minds to explore their artistic abilities in a fun and supportive environment.
Led by Tanya Lopez, Project Director of CreateX, the program emphasizes the immense value of art and creativity in children's development. Numerous studies have shown the positive impact of art workshops on children, including fostering self-expression, nurturing flexibility of thought, building self-esteem, and facilitating a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them.
The CreateX: PLAYSHOP at USLS Artists' Hub offers an immersive experience, enabling children to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through a series of interactive workshops and activities. Under the expert guidance of talented instructors, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, gaining confidence and embracing their passions.

From Creative Writing and Journal Writing to Dance for Kids and Teens, Voice Training, Children's Theatre, Teen Acting, Photography, Basic Painting, and Drawing and Illustration, there is something for every young artist eager to explore their creativity.
