USLS hosts homecoming for college alumni; highlights Lasallian DNA

The University of St. La Salle warmly welcomed its beloved alumni from various colleges to campus for a vibrant homecoming event last December 9.

"Tipon Negrosallians," organized by the Center for Alumni Relations and the USLS Alumni Association, brought together former students for a two-part event filled with reminiscence, camaraderie, and an opportunity to rekindle the Lasallian DNA.

The afternoon kicked off with a warm welcome from each college, featuring vibrant booths. Activities such as a campus tour, alumni games, and a photo booth zone allowed Lasallian alumni to reconnect and relive cherished moments while immersing themselves in the rich Lasallian heritage.

The highlight of the afternoon was the Alumni Talk by Br. Normandy C. Dujunco FSC, DTh, Vice Chancellor for Mission and Development, and the director for the Center for Alumni Relations. Br. Mandy urged the alumni to carry forward the Lasallian values in their lives. The festivities continued with an Alumni Thanksgiving Mass.

In the evening, the Alumni Party, hosted by the USLS Alumni Association, began with welcoming remarks by VCAA Dr. Anabelle Balor, followed by the Recognition of the 5-Year Jubilarian Classes. The event culminated with lively party fellowship and cocktails, creating an atmosphere of joy and celebration among the alumni as they continued to relive the essence of the Lasallian DNA.

A similar event for USLS High School alumni is scheduled on December 16.
